The first open or just click this link http://www.google.com/addurl/?continue=/addurl
then enter the address of your blog or your link to your blog post in the "URL" for example, computer-bagus.blogspot.com
Click the button "Add URL"
if it is successful it will come out next window is "Thank's You"
